The Delaware Small Business Development Center is hosting a workshop on Small Business Innovation Research proposal writing. The workshop will be taught by Thomas Nornhold who has been assisting technology firms win SBIR grants since 1984.In addition to holding bachelor's and master's degrees, Mr. Nornhold is a graduate of the Grantsmanship Training Program of the Grantsmanship Center in Los Angeles, California. He is currently the Associate Regional Director for the Far Southwestern Region of Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology in Wise, Virginia. The workshop will be held April 12, 2002 from 9am until 4pm at the Delaware Technology Park, Newark DE.
The cost of the program is $60 and will include materials and a continental breakfast.
