* think strategically about SBIR/STTR
* appreciate the applicant’s perspective vs the Government’s
* pre-market your concept,
* pick a winnable topic,
* research & collect needed bid information,
* plan & cost estimate R&D projects for proposals,
* develop compelling technical proposals,
* determine your indirect costs (overhead, G&A/F&A),
* build competitive, credible cost proposals, and
* evoke the desired responses in application reviewers.

This workshop covers competition specifics for all 10 SBIR agencies. The instructor & 100 page workbooks are provided by the SBIR Resource CenterTM, the nation's leading supplier of commercial SBIR/STTR business development resources. Who Should Attend:
Entrepreneurs/marketing managers/senior technical staff who can impact their organizations’ strategic and/or technical directions should attend. Workshop is most appropriate for high-level persons who want to learn how to take maximum advantage of, and win funding under, SBIR & STTR -- the most important source of venture financing in the USA for inventors and early stage, tech-based enterprises. PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT a "how to write a proposal" class; this is a "how to win funding" workshop.
