The National SBIR/STTR Website & Resources booth will also be available.

A limited number of Exhibit spaces and One-on-One Tables are available for conference attendees. If you are interested in exhibiting or participating in the Networking Room, please complete the necessary information on the Conference Registration Form, and you will be contacted. In addition to the basic conference registration fee, a nominal $45 per One-on-One Table fee or a $95 per Exhibit (10'x10') fee, will be charged to cover direct costs.

Networking is the KEY!

Dedicated Networking Breaks are built right into the program to provide you with time to meet with agency, organization and company representatives.

Monday, March 11, the conference gets underway with a session entitled Effective Use of the SBIR Program scheduled from 4:15 to 5:30pm. This session is especially important for attendees who are relatively new to the SBIR/STTR Programs. Tips on how to get the most of out of the conference sessions and networking opportunities will be given. Then join us at the SBIR Conference Welcome Reception starting at 5:45pm. Take some time to meet fellow attendees, speakers, and SBIR Program representatives in a relaxed environment while enjoying hors d'oeuvres. No host bar.

We open the Conference Networking Room with a special Networking Reception after the last sessions wrap on Tuesday, around 5:30pm. Enjoy refreshments while getting your first chance to visit the various exhibitors, speakers and Agency Representatives in our "signature" Networking Room. This room becomes your "home base" for the rest of the conference. Wednesday and Thursday, the continental breakfasts and all breaks will take place in this room to allow you to maximize your contact time with the agencies and others offering assistance to small businesses.

Basically, you could spend countless time and money tracking down the information and contacts you can get at this National SBIR Conference! Mark your calendar now, and plan to attend!
