Description:
This event is being hosted in part with the Louisiana FAST Program. The Keynote Speaker for this event will be Mr. Robert Bruce the new head for the NASA Stennis Space Center's (SSC) Technology Development and Transfer Office. Presentations from some of the SSC SBIR Subtopic Managers or other technical personnel are planned. In addition, the SBIR Program Manager for the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC - Huntsville, AL) will be on hand to give an overview of the potential MSFC subtopics and the proper protocol for contacting the MSFC for more technical details concerning the subtopics.
Presentations and Q&A sessions with representatives from companies that have been awarded SBIR/STTR awards from NASA will also be on the agenda. The second day of the event, April 4th, is tentatively being setup for an onsite tour of the Stennis Space Center with visits to a NASA Propulsion Test-Stand and the Earth Science Remote Sensing Application facilities.
