This event will begin with a comprehensive overview of the SBIR/STTR program followed by a detailed description of the logical four step process that is recommended for developing a competitive Phase I proposal. On the second day, Phase II will be covered, including how Phase II differs from Phase I in the SBIR/STTR programs, preparing a Phase II proposal, and commercialization.
