The Arlington Small Business Development Center (Arlington SBDC), Virgina's Center for Innovative Technology(CIT) and the Washington Emerging Technologies Center (WETC) present a special Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Informational Session. The session provides an overview of the SBIR program and information on what steps small high technology firms need to undertake in order to gain a contract or grant. A winning SBIR sample proposal will be distributed to all participants.
