Day one of this workshop will include a strong overview of the SBIR and STTR programs, a discussion of how the programs are changing over time (and among agencies), and then cover in detail a four-step process for preparing a competitive Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal. The second day will be a Cost Proposal workshop that will cover government accounting and the SBIR/STTR cost proposal, audits and record keeping.
