This workshop will begin with an overview of SBIR/STTR on the evening of the 3rd, followed by a detailed discussion of a simple four step Phase I proposal preparation process all day on the 4th. The 5th will be devoted to the critically important subject of the Phase I cost proposal and related topics like indirect rates, unallowed costs and audits. Attendees will have an opportunity to work on parts of their proposal during the workshop.
