Day one of this workshop will be a Phase I Proposal Preparation workshop, which includes an overview of the SBIR/STTR programs, discusses how the programs change over time and among agencies, and details a four step process for preparing a competitive Phase I SBIR/STTR cost proposal.
Day two is the Cost Proposal workshop, designed to help attendess understand government accouting and the SBIR/STTR cost proposal. Information on audits and record keeping will also be provided. Finally, commecialization as it applies to SBIR/STTR projects will be discussed.
