Day one of this workshop will be our popular Phase I Proposal Preparation workshop in which we provide a strong overview of the SBIR and STTR programs, discuss how the programs are changing over time (and among agencies), and then cover in detail a four step process for preparing a competitive Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal. The second day will be our Cost Proposal workshop in which we help you understand the perplexing world of government accounting and the SBIR/STTR cost proposal. You will also learn about audits of SBIR/STTR projects, and what the agencies expect you to keep in the way of records during your grant or contract.
