Conference registration is available On-Line (secure server) or via Fax or Mail back forms for this conference. The Full SBIR Conference Registration provides you with all conference sessions, events and activities during conference hours, all materials, meals and refreshments and the option to participate in post-conference Bonus Sessions (optional workshops not included in general conference fee). The Advance Full Registration fee, received by October 7th, is $350. Registrations received after October 7th and On-Site will be $425. In addition to Full Conference Registration, one or multiple day registrations are available, as are discounts for multiple attendees from a single small business (less than 500 employees).
Single Day Registrations:
- Day One, Tuesday, Oct. 28: $225 – Includes Monday evening Welcome Reception, materials, all sessions and events on Tuesday, plus the Networking Reception.
- Day Two, Wednesday, Oct. 29: $150 – Includes conference materials, all sessions and events this day.
- Day Three, Thursday, Oct. 30: $75 – Includes conference materials, all sessions and events this day.
Note: Conference registration, one day or full, is a requirement for participation in the Bonus Sessions offered Thursday and/or the optional pre or post conference workshops (additional fees apply for pre or post conference workshops).
Multiple Attendee Discounts: For small businesses (under 500 employees) sending more than two full conference attendees, we are happy to provide discounted full registration fees for additional employees of the same company. To qualify all attendees must be employees of the same small business. Full registration will be provided at a discounted rate of $300 after the full payment of $350 for the first two attendees from your company. These rates will apply to early registration only and discounts will not be available on site. Pre & Post Conference Optional Workshops: The optional pre-conference workshop on Proposal Preparation Phase I requires an additional fee to cover associated direct costs. Additional post-conference workshops on Proposal Preparation Phase II and Accounting and Audits are also offered at additional fees. See descriptions and registration form for details. Conference Registration is required to register and participate in any pre- or post-conference workshops. (Note: Bonus Sessions do not require additional fees.)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations are transferable when requested in writing. All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and faxed or mailed to the SBIR Conference Center. Cancellations received by October 7th, 2003 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after October 7, 2003 or for No Shows. Substitutions to original registrants can be made upon presentation of written authorization by the original registrant.
