Networking Areas: Exhibits & One on Ones

In addition to conference sessions and workshops, attendees will have the opportunity to visit agency exhibits and have one-on-one discussions with SBIR Program Managers, procurement specialists, organization and company representatives. The National SBIR/STTR Website & Resources booth will also be available on-site.

A limited number of exhibit spaces and One-on-One Tables are available for conference attendees. If you are interested in exhibiting or participating in the Networking Room, please MARK the Networking Area Interest Box on the Conference Registration Form and you will be contacted. In addition to the basic conference registration fee, a nominal $75 per One-on-One Table fee or a $150 per exhibit (10'x10') fee will be charged to cover direct costs. Networking is the KEY!

Networking Breaks and a Walk About Lunch are built right into the program to provide you with time to meet with agency, organization and company representatives.

Monday, October 28th you are invited to start your conference experience at the SBIR Conference Welcome Reception starting at 5:00pm. Take some time and meet fellow attendees, speakers, SBIR Program representatives in a relaxed environment while enjoying hors d'oeuvres. No host bar.

A special Networking Reception is planned after the last sessions wrap on Tuesday at 6:00pm. Enjoy refreshments and take time to visit the various exhibitors, speakers and Agency Representatives in our "signature" Networking Area. This area is your "home base" for the conference. Starting Tuesday, the continental breakfasts and all breaks will take place in this area to allow you to maximize your contact time with the agencies and others offering assistance to small businesses. Space is also available for small, conversational meetings.

Basically, you could spend countless time and money tracking down the information and contacts you can get at this National SBIR Conference! Mark your calendars now and plan to attend!

General Registration Information & Fees

ON-LINE, MAIL, and FAX BACK ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Registration will be accepted on-site starting Monday, October 28th at 1:00pm. To facilitate your On-Site Registration, please print the On-Site Registration Form available here, complete it, and bring it with you to the On-Site Registration Desk at the conference.

Registration for the Monday, pre-conference Proposal Preparation Workshop is now closed.

Exhibitors!
The Networking Area opens Tuesday, Oct., 29 at 12:00 Noon and is open during all conference hours through 2:00pm, Thursday, Oct. 31. The Networking Reception Tuesday evening, all conference lunches and breaks are situated in this area. Set up for all exhibits will be between 8:00am and 11:00am, Tuesday, Oct. 29. Exhibits can be removed after 2:00pm, Thursday, Oct. 31.

Exhibitors: Any special electrical service, phone lines, equipment, etc. are the sole and complete responsibility of the exhibitor.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations are transferable when requested in writing. All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing and faxed or mailed to the SBIR Conference Center. Cancellations received by October 7th will be refunded less a $35 processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations after October 7th or for No Shows.

Conference Hotel: Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center in Burlington, VT. The Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center block of rooms is full.  An additional block of rooms has been made available at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center. Reservations, changes or cancellations must be made with the hotel direct. See Conference Hotel section for details.
