The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center is located within within walking distance to the Sheraton; limited pre- and post-conference day shuttle transport to be provided.

The conference will take place at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel in Burlington, VT. The hotel is located at 870 Williston Road at the intersection of I-89 and US Highway 2 approximately 5 minutes from the Burlington International Airport.

On site services and facilities include: Newstand and gift shop; full service Business Center; laundry and drycleaning service; and game room. The hotel features an indoor pool with two Jacuzzis and fitness center. All sleeping rooms are sound proof with voicemail, dataports, color statellite TV and radio, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and basic amenities.

Golf courses are nearby as well as the popular Lake Champlain waterfront. If you are able to spend some time in the area, attractions include museums featuring early Americana, microbreweries, a tour of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory or Fort Ticonderoga. If fall is late, we may enjoy the spectacular foliage!

Check in time is 3pm; check out is 12Noon. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Discover. Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm the day of arrival to avoid penalties.

The hotel offers complimentary self parking for hotel guests and those attending the conference.

Shuttle: A Sheraton courtesy van services the Burlington Airport upon request.

Taxis: Taxi fares to/from the Burlington Airport is approximately $6; to/from the Amtrak station, approximately $10.

Airports, Airlines & Rental Cars: The Burlington International Airport is serviced by several major carriers including United Air Lines, US Air, Continental, Delta, Jet Blue, American, Northwest. All major rental car companies are represented: Hertz, AVIS, National, Thrifty, Budget and Enterprise.

Conference Dress Code: Business casual. Men - slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, jackets. Women - slacks, skirts, sweaters, jackets. We suggest comfortable shoes. Meeting room temperatures may vary, we suggest bringing a sweater or jacket.
